How do I return them? (Doubt?)
We would like our customers to be 100% Satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days, no quibble no fuss.
For returns please email us at support@nextdayspex.com or contact us on 020 335 55683. Please have your order number to hand. We will then acknowledge this and send you instructions on how to return your item. We recommend tracked Returns with insurance. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure the item is returned safely to us, in order for us to process a refund.
Returned orders must be in original packaging with its cases and cloths and must be intact and in a resaleable condition.
A few points to note
Products purchased under a promotion cannot be partially returned, the entire order must be returned. Please ensure to package items well as we will not accept items returned in damaged condition. This includes scratched lenses, bent or twisted frames and wear and tear. It is our recommendation that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected

How long do I have to return the glasses?
You have 14 days to return your glasses from the date you received your glasses.
How long will the return process take? How do I know you’ve received the glasses?
Typically, 10 to 15 working days. We will notify you via email when we have received them.
What info do I need to provide if I want to return an item?
The order number is required. This can be found in your My account, the delivery invoice, or the order confirmation email.
If I remove the tag attached to my new frames can I still get a refund?
If the tag has been broken, tampered with, or removed returns will not be accepted. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase prior to removing the tags.
If I opted for special next day delivery, will I get this refunded also?
If you have opted for special delivery,and/or next day delivery this fee will not be refunded as this is a service,that we have to pay for also.next day delivery is free (if not guaranteed)with a purchase,but £6.99 will be deducted with any refunds to pay for this service
If I place an order and decide to cancel before it has been sent out, can I get a refund?
Yes however lenses are a bespoke product and so if we have already cut and fit them into your chosen frames, we can refund the frame only not the lenses, as lenses thst have been cut will go to waste will be deducted with any refunds to pay for this service
Are all the parcels insured incase they are lost by the courier?
Yes, all parcels are insured so if the courier has lost your parcel or if it has not been delivered correctly we can raise a claim and get monies refunded back to you. However, all claims must be made within 14 days of the date of item being sent out. If a customer reports a parcel not arriving or missing after this period, we cannot make a claim and so no refunds can be issued.
Refund Policy for Frames and Lenses
Lenses are bespoke items, custom-made to your prescription. As such, they are not reusable once cut. We are happy to offer a full refund on both the frames and lenses for your first return.
However, for multiple returns, only the cost of the frames will be refunded. Lenses will not be refunded, as they are tailored specifically to each order and cannot be reused.
