I have a very high prescription, can I still get my glasses within 24 hours?

Yes, we are the only service in the UK that currently supplies single vision lenses for next day delivery, not only on small but also on high prescriptions.  We use royal mail/DPD local, so the service is expressed.

Does your 24 Hour service work on weekends?

Yes order before 2 pm for next day delivery 7 days per week. This excludes bank holidays

What time will I receive my express order?

You will recieve an email or text message with a timeslot on the day of your delivery.

Can I get my glasses within 24 hours with options such as anti-glare, anti- scratch, Thinning and Photo Chromic Lenses?

Yes, we can supply you with lenses tailored to your needs on 98% off prescription single vision lenses.

Do all lenses come with anti-scratch coating? and if so does this mean they won't scratch?

All lenses come with anti-scratch coating as standard. Whilst an anti-scratch can help with very light scuffing, it can never protect your lenses from scratching. Thus we always recommend handling your glasses with care and clean them only with an optical cleaning cloth.

If I scratch my lenses, is this covered under manufacturers warranty?

Sadly no, as optical products are delicate and need to be handled with care. If not treated correctly, lenses will scratch and therefore this is not covered under warranty.

Where are your products made?

All our non branded products are made in the uk. Most Designer frames are made in italy.

Do I need a copy of my prescription for you to complete my order?

No, you will have the option to either attach a copy of your prescription or manually input the prescription details.

How do I measure my Pupillary distance/PD?

You can measure your pupillary distance (PD) at home using a ruler and a mirror:

  1. . Stand about 8 inches away from a mirror
  2. . Hold a ruler flat against your eyebrows
  3.  
  4. . Close your right eye and line up the ruler's 0 mm mark with the center of your left pupil
  5.  
  6. . Open your right eye and close your left eye 
  7. . Find the ruler's millimeter line that lines up with the center of your right pupil 
  8. This number is your PD measurement

How to choose the right glasses for my face?

To buy the perfect glasses for your face shape, you need to look for frames that add contrast to your facial features by accentuating your face shape and maintaining the right balance. A general styling tip would be to look for glasses frames with shapes that are contrasting to your face shape. For example, you can go for angular frames such as square and rectangular if you have round or oval face shapes, and roundish frames for angular face shapes. You also need to ensure that the frame that you select fits well on your face.

Can you supply Varifocals and Bifocals within 24 hours?

Sadly no, although we can get them to you within 4 to 10 working days which is still quicker than most if not all online retailers. Different lenses are sourced from different countries hence different lead times which is why we quote between 4 to 10 days. Highest quality varifocal lens is made in the UK and so this can be done in 4 working days, whilst others that are manufactured abroad take longer time to achieve.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange?

We have a no quibbles return within 14 days from date of Receipt provided frame tags have not been removed. Please do not remove tags unless you are 100% happy With the products and vision.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

Please inspect item carefully prior to removing tags. If An item is defective please send us an email with photos And a member of our team will liase with you with a view To solve.

Currently we only ship within the uk only

What do I do if my package is lost?

All our parcels are tracked and insured. In the event a Parcel is lost we will open an investigation with the Partnering courier with a view to solve. Please note That if a customer opts to have their parcel left Outside, and parcel gets stolen, next day spex does not Accept responsibilty for this, so please make sure any Instructions left for courier allows courier to leave Parcel in a safe and secure place I.E with neighbour.

When will my order ship?

All orders place before 2pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery, 7 day a week .
