How long will my glasses take to arrive?

To make sure you know what to expect when ordering from us, we’ve highlighted some useful facts:

• Please note next day delivery service does not operate on Bank/public holidays as courier service is shut during these times.

• At Nextdayspex the majority of single vision lens prescriptions can be delivered within 24 hours if an order is placed before the cut off time stated at the top of the web page.

• All customers who do not opt-in for next day delivery will receive their prescription glasses within 1 to 2 working days assuming single vision lenses

• Other complex prescriptions and varifocals will be delivered between 2 to 7 working days.

• We work closely with Royal Mail and other courier partners who deliver your order straight to you. If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched, but you haven’t yet received it after 10 days, contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Please note: we do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen where the customer opts for their parcel to be left in a "safe place". Customers who opt for this option therefore must ensure there chosen place is secure, ie with a trusted neighbour.
